Take notice that on 9 October 2008, an application for putting Superior Panelbeating & Car Painting Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Monday, 8 December 2008 at 10.00am.
