Take notice that on 10 November 2008, an application for putting Sun Valley Developments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on 15 December 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Body Corporate 341454, whose address for service is at the offices of Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, Level 3, Gibson Sheat Centre, 1 Margaret Street, Lower Hutt.
