Take notice that on 30 September 2008, an application for putting Rural Fencing NZ Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wanganui.
The application was originally scheduled to be heard on
12 November 2008 at 10.00am and will now be heard
before the High Court at Wanganui on 10 December 2008
at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
