Take notice that on 22 September 2008, an application for putting Jema Trustees Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Wednesday, 18 February 2009 at 10.45am.
Any person other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Body Corporate 188889 (North Auckland Registry), whose address for service is at the offices
of Morgan Coakle, Solicitors, Level 12, Gosling Chapman Tower 1, 51–53 Shortland Street, Auckland.
