Take notice that on 22 September 2008, an application
for putting Balmoral Financial Services Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on 15 December 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Westpac New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at Simpson Grierson, Solicitors, Level 27, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland.
