Take notice that on 9 October 2008, an application for putting Lovitt’s NZ Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Monday, 15 December 2008 at 11.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Taylor Preston Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Michael Leggat, Barrister and Solicitor, Level 7, Wakefield House, 90 The Terrace, Wellington.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at the address for service or may be transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile on (04) 473 7062.
The statement of claim and the affidavit verifying statement of claim may be inspected at or a copy obtained from the office of the Court or from the plaintiff’s solicitor.
