Take notice that on 24 September 2008, an application
for putting Vistaita Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Monday, 15 December 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Body Corporate 323166 (North Auckland Registry), whose address for service is at the offices of Morgan Coakle Lawyers, Level 12, 51–53 Shortland Street, Auckland.
The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected and any further particulars may be obtained from the office of the Court or from the plaintiff’s solicitor.
