Take notice that on Monday, 6 October 2008, an application for putting Total Transport Engineers Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on 8 December 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Kiwi Steel NZ Limited, whose registered office address is 12 Hautu Drive, Wiri, Auckland, and whose address for service is at the offices of Brookfields, Lawyers, 11th Floor, 19 Victoria Street West, Auckland.
