Take notice that on Tuesday, 21 October 2008, an application for putting Leah Evans Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Wednesday, 28 January 2009 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is L.E.A.D Training Trust Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Fletcher Law, Barristers & Solicitors, 20 Rostrevor Street (PO Box 29), Hamilton.
