Take notice that on 22 October 2008, an application for Relson Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on 1 December 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is 85 Wakefield Developments Limited, whose address for service is at the office of Carter
