Take notice that on 24 October 2008, an application for putting NotJustJo Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on 15 December 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Just Dig It Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level 13, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch (Attention: Willie Palmer).
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 322, Christchurch; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX WP 20307, Christchurch.
