Take notice that on Tuesday, 28 October 2008, an application for putting Stereo World Limited
(in receivership) into liquidation by the High Court
was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Friday, 19 December 2008 at 11.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Retravision (NZ) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Lowndes Jordan, Solicitors, Level 22, The ANZ Centre, 23–29 Albert Street, Auckland.
