Take notice that on 17 September 2008, an application for putting Taupo Paving & More Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, 8 December 2008 at 10.45am.

that day.
