Take notice that on 7 August 2008, an application for putting Sting Gas Services Limited (formerly Sinclair Gas Contractors Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 21 November 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
