Take notice that on 23 September 2008, an application for putting Kudos Developments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Gisborne.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Gisborne on Tuesday, 25 November 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Brother International (NZ) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level 17, State Insurance Tower,
1 Willis Street, Wellington (Attention: Justin Toebes).
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 2694, Wellington; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX SP 20201, Wellington; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile on (04) 499 4141.
