Take notice that on 2 September 2008, an application for putting Astra Enterprises Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 28 November 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Maureen and Kelvin Manley (as trustees of the KJ and EM Manley Family Trust), whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, Level 22,
