Take notice that on 11 September 2008, an application for putting Mediastore Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on 17 November 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Norcross Group Limited, whose address for service is Maclean Law Limited, Level 4, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland.
