Take notice that on 25 August 2008, an application for putting Tant Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on 24 November 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are George Bogen and Laureen Roh, whose address for service is at the offices of the firm David Nicoll, 369 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland.
Documents for service on the above-named plaintiffs may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 37336, Parnell, Auckland; or
