Take notice that on 7 October 2008, an application for putting Sun & Sons Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 15 December 2008 at 11.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
