Take notice that on 1 October 2008, an application for putting Technical Water Systems Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
This application is to be heard before the Tauranga High Court, sitting at Rotorua, on Monday, 17 November 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
