Take notice that on 2 October 2008, an application for putting Makaranui Enterprises Limited (trading as Waimarino Wines) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wanganui.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wanganui on 12 November 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
