Take notice that on 9 September 2008, an application for putting D.M. Barnes Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office care of Staples Rodway, Tauranga, into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on 17 November 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is Inland Revenue Department, Ascot House, 72–82 Bank Street (PO Box 1649), Whangarei.
