Take notice that on 21 December 2007, an application for putting QT Hospitality Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on 27 February 2008 at 9.30am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Coca-Cola Amatil (N.Z.) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at The Oasis, Oasis Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland, whose address for service is at the offices of its solicitor Anna Mary Fitzgibbon, LawWorks, Guildford House, 2 Emily Place (PO Box 4204 or DX CX 10256), Auckland.
