Take notice that on 19 September 2008, an application for putting Paynter Design & Management Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, 20 October 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Classique Furniture Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of AWS Legal, Solicitors, 151 Spey Street, Invercargill.
