Take notice that on 11 September 2008, an application for putting Forestech Waikato Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on 20 October 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue,
1 Bryce Street, Hamilton, whose address for service is
at the offices of Almao Douch, Barristers and Solicitors, Level 5, NZI Building, Garden Place, Hamilton.
