Take notice that on 11 December 2007, an application for putting Concrete Building & Earthmoving Contractors Limited (formerly R Munro Building & Earthmoving Contractors Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 12 March 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an application not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Magrill Investments Limited, whose address for service is Graeme Skeates Law, 5 Maidstone Street, Ponsonby, Auckland.
