Take notice that on 29 August 2008, an application for the liquidation of John Rees Building Solutions Limited by
the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on 20 October 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Blackwell Motors Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Clark Boyce, Level 1, 104 Victoria Street (PO Box 13259), Christchurch 8144.
