Take notice that on 11 July 2008, an application for putting Courthouse Number 14 Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 24 October 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Hugo Boss Australia Pty Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Chapman Tripp Sheffield Young, Solicitors, Level 35, 23–29 Albert Street, Auckland.
