Take notice that on Wednesday, 17 September 2008, an application for putting Sumo Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, 20 October 2008 at 10.00am.

that date.
