Take notice that on Thursday, 4 September 2008, an application for putting Renaissance Homes Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on Tuesday, 21 October 2008 at 11.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Dan Cosgrove Limited, whose address
for service is at the offices of Timpany Walton, Solicitors, 11 Strathallan Street, Timaru.
