Take notice that on Thursday, 4 September 2008, an application for putting Independent Livestock Agents Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, 20 October 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are John Armitstead, Shellieanne Armitstead, Philip Jackson Armitstead and Kevin Peter Honeyfield, whose address for service is at the offices of Thomson O’Neil and Co, Barristers and Solicitors, 195 High Street, Eltham, Taranaki.
