Take notice that on 3 September 2008, an application for putting Superior Firewood (2006) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on Tuesday, 21 October 2008 at 11.45am via video-conference link to the Associate Judge.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
