Take notice that on 13 August 2008, an application for putting Hole in the Wall Caterers Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Monday, 13 October 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is AWS Legal, whose address for service is 151 Spey Street, Invercargill.
Documents may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at AWS Legal, PO Box 1207, Invercargill 9840; or
(b) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to AWS Legal on (03) 214 4122.
