Take notice that on 28 August 2008, an application for putting Central Otago Vintners Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, 6 October 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is The Breen Construction Company Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Anderson Lloyd, Lawyers, Level 10, Clarendon Tower, corner of Oxford Terrace and Worcester Street, Christchurch 8011.
