Take notice that on 27 August 2008, an application for putting Revenire Limited (formerly Fitches and Shaw Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, 17 November 2008 at 10.45am.

that day.
