Take notice that on 16 July 2008, an application for putting Eco-Source NZ Limited (trading as Source Design
and Print) (in receivership) (“defendant company”) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 31 October 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Paperlinx (NZ) Limited (trading as Spicers Paper), whose registered office is 55 Business Parade North, Highbrook, East Tamaki, Auckland, and whose address for service is at the offices of their solicitors, Russell McVeagh, Level 30, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland.
The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the offices of the plaintiff’s solicitors.
