Take notice that on 4 August 2008, an application for putting JAK Properties Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on 6 October 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Jacinda Ann Foote, whose address for service is at the offices of Stephens Lawyers, Foyer Level, Novell House, 89 The Terrace, Wellington.
