Take notice that on 9 June 2008, an application for putting Eastview Construction Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 3 October 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Gilchrist Services Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, Solicitors, Level 20, Lumley Centre, 88 Shortland Street (PO Box 3798 or DX CP 24061), Auckland 1010.
