Take notice that on 19 August 2008, an application for putting Live and Work NZ Limited (formerly Team Migration New Zealand Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on 6 October 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Goodman Steven Tavendale Reid, whose address for service is Goodman Steven Tavendale Reid, Level 1, 96 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
