Take notice that on 1 July 2008, an application for putting Harris Road No. 26 Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 17 October 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is AMP NZ Office Albert Street Limited, whose address for service is Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, Level 20, Lumley Centre, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010.
