Take notice that on 31 July 2008, an application for
putting Equiticorp Finance Group Limited (in statutory management) into liquidation by the High Court was filed
in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Wednesday, 19 November 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Frederick Nelson Watson, Bruce Graham Stowell, Gerald Stanley Rea and Kerry
Thomas Stotter, as statutory managers of the defendant company, whose address for service is at the offices of
DLA Phillips Fox, Lawyers, Level 22, DLA Phillips Fox Tower, 209 Queen Street, Auckland.
