Take notice that on 19 May 2008, an application for putting Manukau Business Park Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 11 September 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiffs are Abdul Khalil, Salma Bibi Khalil and Marcus Noel Beveridge (as trustees of the Abdul Khalil Family Trust), whose address for service is at the offices of its solicitors, Queen City Law, Level 8, 203 Queen Street (PO Box 6908), Wellesley Street, Auckland.
