Take notice that on 25 August 2008, an application for putting Envirotech Industries Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 22 January 2009 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Kardon Consultants Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Hornabrook Macdonald Lawyers, Level 5, 12 O’Connell Street, Auckland (Attention: Sarah Phillips).
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 91845, Auckland; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX CP 21015, Auckland.
