Take notice that on 16 November 2007, an application for putting Dave Orrell Builders Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on 11 February 2008 at 11.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Page Transport Limited, whose address for service is c/o Harris Tate, 29 Brown Street, Tauranga.
Documents for service on the above-named plaintiff may be left at the address for service or may be:
