Take notice that on 23 May 2008, an application for putting Industrial Services Christchurch Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 26 September 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Kelford Engineering Services Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Lane Neave, Lawyers, Level 15, PricewaterhouseCoopers Centre, 119 Armagh Street (PO Box 13149), Christchurch.
