Take notice that on 6 December 2007, an application for putting Scarfie Hospitality Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on 7 February 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Jason Colin Payne, Sharron Jayne McNee and Warwick Ainger, whose address for service

47 Cathedral Square, Christchurch.
