Take notice that on Thursday, 17 July 2008, an application for putting Devery Drainage and Earthworks Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on Wednesday, 10 September 2008 at 9.30am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
