Take notice that on 5 August 2008, an application
for putting Capital + Merchant Group Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Friday, 12 December 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Capital + Merchant Finance Limited
(in receivership), whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Level 17, State Insurance Tower,
1 Willis Street, Wellington (Attention: Justin Toebes).
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 2694, Wellington; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX SP 20201, Wellington.
