Take notice that on 25 July 2008, an application for the winding up of MCC Construction Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Napier.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Napier on Thursday, 18 September 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Cowley Refrigeration Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Keesing McLeod, Solicitors, 5th Floor, Westfield Tower, 45 Knights Road, Lower Hutt.
