Take notice that on 25 July 2008, an application for
putting The Loaded Hog Franchise Company Limited (formerly The Loaded Hog Group Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on 8 September 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Graeme Murray Allen, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, Level 21, HP Tower, 171 Featherston Street, Wellington (Attention: M. G. Colson).
